Belly binding after LSCS

It's been 35 days of C-section (LSCS), outer wound is healed and stitch removed. Is it safe to do belly binding? I tried belly binding and feeling little discomfort while sleeping, getting up and bending in both sides of my belly. Is it something to be worried or it will get normal by its own?

Abdominal binders should not be used while sleeping or lying down. You should use them only while going for a walk. In any case they should not be indicated after 4 weeks.

The Belly binder is for the first few days to help with healing Noe that it is already 35 days it will not help infact it will be detrimental in a way that it will make your abdominal muscles weak Sagging is due to poor tone of the abdominal muscles
