Bells palsy

Hello all doctors I have suffering from bells palsy in 2013 after that I have covered it within a month with exercise but from 2015 when I talk one hour or more I feel pain in my brain behind the ears and on face too is it because of bells palsy or what pls reply me I allready visited physiotherapist but they says now it's too late to do exercise

I don't think it's related to your Bell's palsy. I would recommend you to consult a Neurophysician for complete assessment and treatment.

in 2013 when you had bells palsy you have covered within month with the nerve but the muscles got weak and they never strengthened which creates problem now. so the best is do simple massage to your face and do face exercises.
