Belching regularly

I have been suffering from Regular belching or burping issue for almost 5 years. Even after i maintain good food habits and timely eating. I have only Gas burping.

Good evening sorry for late reply. Belching or burping is a lifestyle disorder. Eat small frequent meals and drink warm water in between meals . Take pan 40 at night during bedtimes

According to your sign and symptom you are suffering from gastric problem like belching and burping. Reason- low water intake, More spicy and fatty foods. No exercise , Any ulcer or any pathology in the gastric mucosa , Increase lipid level, Any problem in the liver , Constipation etc . You should do some test as CBC, LFT, lipid profile and USG of whole abdomen and Everything are normal then you can go for upper gi Endoscopy to find out any abnormalities in the git area.
