Firstly nothing is wrong with you, every individual is different from each other. Every one has their own unique personality, every time when you talk to someone please listen them carefully and calmly. Answer them slowly and calmly. Whenever you talk take a deep breath and than start your conversation. Ask people about how they can said that you are speaking with anger like your voice is high, you have red eyes and screaming while speaking etc. Whenever they give some feedback please note down and start modify that behaviour one by one with the help of counseling.
