Find out the triggers, when does this happen, find the emotions when the triger happens .
To find out the triggers, make a chart and note down for consecutive 7 days, at what time you feel , at which particular place, and which emotion you feel at that time and after the release which emotion you feel?
This will help you to know and find out better.
Once you find out the triggers or if not, then you can meet a psychologist for better understanding and a treatment plan to break your habit.
