Respected mam or sir plz guide me which juice is good for redusuing high  blood presure and maintaining it in a healthy range any best juice  plz guide me . ... Can I take beetroot juice everyday. .after breakfast for 1 months with not adding a salt .. And sugar ...and along taking beetroot juice mostly can  I eat 2 beetroots and 2 carrots everyday It is healthy na it will not side effect na ..
