It's been 4 week since I put my cast, how long will it take to heal and when should I remove my cast? And will there be any pain while walking and can I walk with the cast?

Hi Welcome Sorry for your Fracture. Keep the cast for two more weeks. It takes usually three months to see the healing on xray. Yes, Initially there may be some pain after removal of cast, but it will subside after movement. I would advise not to walk with cast.
Next Steps
Keep cast for two more weeks

The picture you have shared is showing a splint and not a cast. 5th meta-tarsal fracture takes 4-6 weeks to heal provided you don't have any other co-morbidities like osteoporosis , vit D3 deficiency and addictions like tobacco use , smoking , alcoholism. Once fracture has healed , it should not pain while you walk.
Next Steps
consult someone and let doctor examine you after removing splint for pain and then proceed accordingly.
