What is Basak? Never heard of this disease.

It seems it may be some muscular pain. Had you done USG (Abd +pelvis) I think you should take painkiller for pain if pain subsides it means it will be muscular if pain will not subside then there will be some another reason behind it.

According to your history - back pain with moving and breathing with gastric issues Indicate that  - you have Gastritis like infection . Any gastric like issue generally doesn't happen as usually. I think that you should change your life style like take sufficient amount of water , Take less spicy and fatty food . Now you have symptom so you should take - as a symptomatic treatment - 1 - any proton pump inhibitors like - Pantop DSR - when you get gastric issues. For pain - take any pain killer - like Calpol  500 mg .
