First time it occurred in 2016, regularly for 4-5 times then this year in month of May but all were on right side. But this time it is in left side, less painful but increasing in size day by day. Having homeopathic medicines such berberis, baladona, hepersulf. Which body tests are recommended as this is recurring and what all things need to be taken care of?

It is recurring because you are getting it treated by incision and drainage of the pus, leaving the  cavity of the gland there only. You should go for complete excision of the gland . Then there will be no recurrence.
