Can Bartholin cyst cause sudden sharp pain? The pain almost feels like what you experience with open nerve endings. Starts near the Bartholin gland and suddenly runs up from the back till the shoulder. Or could Bartholin cyst be a wrong diagnosis and the underlying problem is something else?

Bartholin cyst usually doesn’t cause pain radiating to shoulder . It could be something else causing the pain , if the pain persists get an online consultation with a general physician to start with.
