See Barrett's esophagus is a serious condition. Here the normal mucosal lining epithelium is replaced by stomach epithelium. If it is because of GERD, then I would suggest you to go ahead with the surgery for it asap, as in long term Barrett's esophagus leads to esophageal cancer. Homeopathy is effective or not is not the question here. You need to understand and act accordingly.
