The cause of this bald patch needs to be ascertained. Fungal infection of the scalp Tinea capitis is a common reason in children. Homoeopathic medicines are your best bet in this case. Kindly consult online for further details. Also certain investigations are necessary to rule out other causes.

This is very rare case and difficult to treat Mostly it might be hereditary Hence the treatment are failing She is only four Any variation in blood reports till now ? Need to consult to see whether I could help you out in any way. There are some external treatment and rejuvenation therapy which would either reduce the alopecia or prevent it from further progression We can see whether these treatments can be arranged in Pune itself

At this there can be two reasons. Fungal infection or some autoimmune disease. Treatment will be according to cause.
