I have attached a picture of my face. On left side. I have developed flat black dots or small small warts like dots. 2 months back I have delivered and this condition is noticed by me during pregnancy. Before pregnancy also ,some dots were there but not this many. This is only on my left side of face and no where else. It is not at all itchy. I noticed when I saw myself in mirror. What is the reason? How it can be treated?
