I have been experiencing this problem for the past month. I took doxycycline, but it doesn’t seem to be helping. I still have redness on the tip of my penis and pain when pulling back the foreskin and foul smell. What should I do now? Please help.

You need proper antiinflammatory along with ointments . Only antibiotics wont help.
