Recently we did a MRI scan for my mother as she was feeling numbness and balance issue on left leg. In report : Multilobulated peripherally placed intra axial mass 3.6*3*3.2 cm in the right parietal lobe with central necrosis, perilesional edema and thick irregegular T2 hypointense peripheral wall that shows restricted diffusion with intense enhancement in post contrast. can this be cured by oral medication as she is 65 and already gone open heart surgery 5 yrs ago?
