I have not proper sleep ...mind seems not to be in its place...i m not able to unferstand things...i m on antidepressants...will it help

Needs more information about underlying cause of sleep disturbance. most of the time underlying depression and anxiety disorder like generalized anxiety cause sleep disturbance.. definitely antidepressant as well as Benzodi can help u. Consult me on practo
