I am suffering from anxiety... I am not able to talk properly with anyone...load of stress on mind...how to cure this..I am taking antidepressants also..since past week

One week is too less a time to assess effectiveness of antidepressants.  Give it 3 weeks atleast.

Medicine takes certain time to show its affect give it at least 2-3 weeks Also i hope you are taking medicine prescribed by a Psychiatrist only. Please i advice u to take therapy and counseling anxiety management for your problem along with medicine Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling online or in person All the best
