I often get severe headache! It feels like something is moving inside my head! I can feel my head pulsating. The pain is so severe that I puke everything i eat. The pain worsens when i watch TV / Mobile. Pulsating feeling worsens when i stand up! This pain lasts for 2-3 days! This pain is associated with constipation!

How long u have been suffering from this headache? Looks like ur undergoing stress the current situation of lockdown has increased it dramatically. Need to relax

Do relaxation exercises and avoid electronic devices and TV. Take regular walks for 30 min in park.
