Bad headache, cant sleep, tired

Ive been having bad headache for two weeks and i cant sleep at night. when morning comes i try to take a nap but i cant. i also have memory problems for sometimes i cant remember why im at a certain place and when i got home and i also cannot remember when is the last time i eat.
