I am suffering from bad breathing.my mouth smells very bad every time.I have started brushing twice daily but nothing is working...for this i cant even talk with anyone properly

Foul smell from mouth could be because of various problems. It may be due to poor  dental hygiene or any infection. Get yourself examined by a physician. You may use clohex mouth wash twice daily.
