Please go for scaling and polishing. Your Dentist will then provide you with medicines, tooth-paste and mouthwash to cure your bad breath, bleeding and sensitivity. Scaling and polishing is required to remove the root cause for bad breath ,bleeding and sensitivity. There are two options to replace missing teeth: 1. Crowns and Bridges 2. Implants
Next Steps
Visit a dental clinic for proper treatment pln and actual estoimated cost as treatment cost vary from clinic to clinic and according to their clinic based charges.

Bad breath and bleeding is due to periodontal disease. To treat it you will need to improve your oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice a day and also flossing. You will need to get your teeth scaled and polished by a dentist every six months. Sensitivity can have varied causes best determined after a through check up .In case it is generalised to many teeth, it could be among other causes ,wear of the outer enamel of your teeth especially at the necks of the teeth. Switch to a soft bristle toothbrush (most good companies mention hard, medium and soft) and start using a desensitising toothpaste. Regarding your missing teeth you will need to put either a fixed bridge/implant/removable denture depending on support from other teeth, condition of bone, location of gap, cost factor e.t.c. Hope this helps.
