Bad Breath

2018-07-05 16:18:35
Hi, I've currently been having a problem with my tongue/bad breath. It appears that after even going through my vigorous routine o cleaning my tongue it just doesnt go away. I'm now at the point where I am having to brush my tongue (and use of a tongue scraper) around 3-4 times a day just to keep it semi-fresh. My tongue appears to just be red in colour, but there is a slight white look to it. I am slightly concerned that there may be a more serious problem at hand. Please help :(

Hello sir, please consult a periodontist and undergo thorough scaling and polishing . Follow brushing Twice daily , flossing and use of mouthwash if problems do not resolve . Further cause has to be diagnosed.

You have been using a tongue scraper after your bad breath, that's good... And don't use tongue scraper for 3-4times in a day, just do it only for two times morning and night... Because of over cleaning of your tongue,it appears to be red... So you don't have to worry about it... Consult a Dentist do a cleaning for your teeth and do brushing twice and also start using chlorhexidine mouthwash twice a day...
