Bad breath and cold

My 10 yo daughter has continuous cold and now she is having very bad breath.she brush two times and also use Listerine at night..still having very bad breath..

Bad breath could be because of regurgitation or pyrrohea of teeth.. need to see it clinically.. if it’s pyrrohea it won’t go on its own by brushing or mouthwash.. so it has to be cleaned by the dentist
