Hi i am getting sensitivity when i am eat sweets and drinks the water i have some placks inside the mouth what sholud i do

Hi Initially go for general scaling and polishing followed by some desensitized toothpaste. Sometimes abrasion of your tooth enamel due to improper brushing technique or night grinding habits also leads to sensitivity .
