BAD BACK ACNE
I've been dealing with back acne for a while now and nothing seems to work, they appear as red bumps and after few days the tissue is dead and leaves a mark, I also have flakes or dandruff, which could be causing the back acne , please suggest some effective cream or spray.

Control dandruff use a good anti dandruff shampoo as per your requirement. There is no one shampoo that fits all.
