Whenever i stretch myself or change my position after a long time my bones produce a cracking noise.moreover if i am bent for a minute or two my body seems to get lock in that position n hurts while getting back. Please help
Bhujang Asana -- Lie flat on your stomach, keeping the palms out, bend the neck backward, take a deep breath and while holding it for 6 seconds, raise the chest up. Release breath and relax your body. Repeat the exercise 15 times twice daily.
Core Strengthening Exercises- Straight Leg Raised With Toes Turned Outward, repeat 10 times, twice a day.
First get you vitamin D and advance blood profile test done for checking Calcium and Vitamin D level.Avoid sitting and standing for a long duration in a standing position.
