Hello, doctor I am a student and during lockdown my screen time has increased to a great extent. I have to attend my online classes by bending my neck and back due to which I have been suffering from backache. Also I feel lethargic very often due to this. So please suggest me some exercises for the problem.

Use neck and back stretching exercises - can be done on the chair as well Make sure you sit with the back straight and elbows supported Also take a break after 30 - 45 min Just take a small walk around the table and sit down again

Use a proper chair with neck and back support Also soft seat, if not use a pillow over the seat
