Back strain. Issue in breathing

Strain in uper back while exercising on Thursday morning. It pains while swallowing. Facing issues with breathing as well.

Severe strain of the musculature of upper spine (trapezius and scaleni).  Keep ice packs for 3 times in a day. Take mild analgesic and apply oxalgin nano gel twice daily . Breathing will be painted as soon as your strained muscle recover from spasm
Next Steps
If it doesn't feel better after 3 days. Get physiotherapy for a week time to enhance recovery
Health Tips
Avoid muscle stretching exercises for and gym exercises for 2 weeks time.
