I am having back pain from a span of around 15 days. It was normal in initial days, BT nowadays it is increasing. Also, I have gained a few kilos recently, and my periods last came on 15march. Are all the issues interlinked? Which doctor to consult?

Sometimes delayed menstruation is associated with back pain. Consult a gynaecologist.
