Back pain specially during night

For past 3 days i have been experiencing back pain on right side of Mid back.Feel like my back is frozen and while breathing taking deep breath, i can feel a bit of pain on my back. Situation becomes really serious at night post 4-5 hours of sleep and takes lot of strength/support to get up from bed with severe pain on right side mid back.
