Experiencing back pain since 2 days. Did not fallor lift heavy object. job is sitting infront of laptop. Was having alot of sex since last few days. Eating zerodol th4 but not much relief. kindly suggest some medicine for relief

Tab naprosyn 500 twice daily morning and evening after food Tab Neurokind plus once in the night after food .If u not allergic to these medicines you can take .
