Back pain problem
Please advise me a mild muscle relaxant which would help me relieve my back pain. I was using nucoxia mr tablet advised to me for 5 days.
But as soon as i stopped using that tablet The pain returns. I am having my exams in 30 days. Please advise me a very mild relaxant which i can consume on daily basis and not have any interferance in my studies.
As you had already taken a muscle relaxant for 5 days , now you had realised that it is of no much use.
your back pain could be because of wrong and prolong sitting posture.
so you better consult a good n professional physiotherapist n get yourself examined and treated fir permanent relief.
