I have been regular to sports since last one month.
Since few days I'm having back pain and stiffness. I can still do my exercises without much pain. But as a precaution I have stopped doing physical activities for now. Pain is in lower as well as mid section.
It's probably due to sitting long hours in office.
Pain goes away when I do exercises like bridge hold and cow/cat, etc. I want this to go away permanently. What should I do?
