Back pain from past 4 days
Severely different from back pain from 4 days . Just bent over to tie shoes and from then i got this back ache. i tried several ointments but it didnt do the job please help

Power flam spray 3-4times to be sprayed per day. Tab pirox one in the morning and one in the night after food. Tab cipzox one in the morning one in the afternoon one in the night after food. Tab pan-d 40mg one in the morning one in the night before food. Take these for 3days.

How is the pain. Is it radiating to lower limbs?, Associated with tingling, burning sensation?.
This can be lumbar spondylosis which is very common these days.
