If the MRI report has shown evidence of tuberculosis (TB), it is important to initiate treatment for TB immediately to prevent the infection from spreading further. Your mother may need to undergo further testing, such as sputum analysis, to confirm the diagnosis of TB. The appropriate treatment for TB will depend on factors such as the severity of the infection and the presence of drug resistance. It is important to consult with a qualified physician who can guide you through the treatment process. In addition to TB treatment, your mother may also benefit from physical therapy and pain management interventions to alleviate her back pain.
