Back Pain during night sleep

I have back pain while I go to sleep at night. In day I do not have pain. Yes ofcourse I feel little bit pain im day also. Please advice

Try to change the bed first , avoid bike  riding if you're riding . Check your vit D 3 levels , x ray to r/o any spondylosis.

Hello First, need to know the duration and location of back pain and any other symptoms you are experiencing along with it. It may be due to a spasm of the back muscles. Do these blood test Vitamin D3 ESR If you are vegetarian then Vitamin B12. Till you receive the report take Tablet Dolo x 650 mg as needed x after food. Hot water bag fomentation to the pain site.

Take Hifenac p for the ni8 along with pan 40 to aleivate the pain . But that will not be a complete remedy. Needs more proper history for definitive treatments
