Its Radiculopathy so it causes low back pain which radiates to the leg and also there are symptoms of nerve involvement so may have tingling sensation, numbness etc. Prognosis is slow as compared to normal back pain but with proper physical therapy exercises, proper precautions and using modalities , pain will surely reduce.

must take all precautions should not bend forward and lift any heavyweight... correction of your posture is important.. the straightening of lumbar curve needs to be corrected by performing proper pelvic tilting.. and not to miss physiotherapy exercises
