Back pain and stretching in stitches

2022-11-10 15:19:45
I am a mother of one year old, had c section delivery. I am suffering from back pain last 3-4 months. Is it because of c section? Also I feel stretching and pulling in stitches whenever I stand longer, work more, lift baby for longer. When will the stretching of stitches will go, though it's one year.

It has been one year since you had the Caesarean.  Most probably you may have breastfed your baby.  You should take Calcium and Iron Tablets for at least six months after stopping breastfeeding your baby.

stetching pan occures due to fibrosis of that stich line..which is normal but if pain is there for this long  ,u should massage stich line area with warm oil or mosturizer to loosen up fat tissue..nd over all u can do local part usg to rule out any other pathology.
