Hi, Your mri report says disc bulge at multiple levels which causes compression of nerve in your back, due to which i guess you might be experiencing pain in your back and neck region, apart from that it also shows sacroiliitis which is basically inflammation of your sacro-iliac joint. Hello, thank you for your question. You have not elaborated your symptoms. I am assuming you may be having pain in lower back at sacroiliac joint and pain sometimes may radiate to lower limbs. If that's the case then the cause may be sacroilitis and mild disc bulge. You need to undergo some blood tests to rule out ankylosing spondylitis.
