Back pain and_neck pain.

I am suffering from neck pain and back pain too, i have sciatica problem and my legs especially left leg nerve is getting pain, please suggest a food to avoid these pains and necessary exercises to overcome the same.

If your sciatica is recent onset, then most of it will improve. 80% of new onset sciatica gets better in 8-12 weeks. If it still doesn't not improve then further intervention may be needed. If you have not had an MRI scan then I would advice an MRI scan to see this is more detail. Avoid too much stress on your back. Exercises to strengthen back muscles is also advised.

Neck Exercises. Neck Stretching. Postural Correction. Shoulder Shrugs. Take frequent Breaks at work. Core Strengthening Exercises. Back Pain.... Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily. Apply Hot Fomentation twice daily. Avoid bending in front.

There is no need of Diet modifications in sciatic pain specially, and yes you should do few exercises which will relieve stress on sciatic nerve, pl consult a near by experienced ortho physiotherapist ASAP.
