Now she is complaining pain in back that radiating to both legs on standing and doing work Now what to do ? she is taking physiotherapy tractions

If she has good strength in her legs then probably rhe pain is due to tightness/spasm of the muscles of her back and legs after the accident.
Next Steps
rest for a day or two for the muscles to relax, stretching exercises, appropriate heel lift footwear to support the muscles
