I have retroverted uterus. I am trying to conceive since last 6 month.my average cycle is 39 days.last month I had painful pms one week before period. this time my period was different. light bleeding only two days and till 7 days only spotting. but generally I have bleeding till 6 days with good flow. after period now I am having lower back pain, abdominal pain,pelvic pain, frequent urination. I have no pain during intercourse. plz give me suggestion is it serious thing?
