Hi, Can someone please help me understand the lower right back pain which I am experiencing for past few days which radiates to the lower right abdomen and groin area. What should I do to make it go away? I had a disc bulge around L4 region last year which I got operated to free the pressed nerve and I was back to my usual self post that.
