Hello madam! Can you just answer some questions like what kind of job you have? Is it a long sitting job? Have you consulted any Physiotherapist or orthopedic?Do stretches for lower back and back extension exercises. Maintain your erect posture while sitting. Kindly undergo proper evaluation and investigation.
