Back neck shoulder issue

I am a banker working since last 7 years.My job requires me to sit daily for 12 hours minimum.I don't find time and energy to do any exercise.My left shoulder blade muscle is hurting me on and off and lifting my shoulder up is discomfortable.Now i feel like I am going to get same in right shoulder also.Also sometimes I feel hip stiffness or lower back pain.My posture is my problem.But I don't know how to correct.Can anyone suggest me which doctor to consult.I want relief with less or no medicines and easy exercises.Please help.

1. Reduce your sitting to max 6 hours. You can use standing counter for your work. 2. Make adjustment with the screen to reduce harmful rays 3. Don’t hunch forward to see the screen 4. Light exercises like stair climbing etc for 2-5 mins every 2 hours at work 5.Try to Walk for 40min continuously on daily basis 6. Manage your diet 7. Consult nearby orthopaedician
