Since you r an IT professional involving lot of work on laptops and computers  leading to bad postures which put stress on our neck bones and muscles causing pain ,the humpback may be due to bad posture or prominent C7 vertebrae. Forehead bony prominence can be osteoma( bone growing over another bone ) and is benign. Both conditions are unrelated.
