Can gastric causes back problems. From past 4 days I feel my upper back muscles are getting tighten & sometimes I feel pain in middle & lower back. Is it because gastric ? Or any other back muscle problems. Kindly guide

It doesn't look like gastric problem because gastric problems will have additional symptoms like pain in the abdomen or vomiting etc.This seems to be a musculo skeletal problem.
