Notice when does the pain happen , while doing what activity. Try taking vasograin and see it's helpful or not . Try simple yoga that involves back and neck muscles . Do it slowly , and see the change in 1 month Try taking less stress.whenever feel stressed apply ice pack

Any sharp shooting pain may be a Neuralgic Pain. As my colleague rightly said the possibilities might also include any joint inflammation that might be trapping the nerve and any severe muscle spasm creating a Neuralgic pain mimic. Understanding the triggers of pain might unravel the true character of pain. Look for any neck muscle spasm and increase in pain with neck movements. That might help you understand the nature of pain.
Next Steps
Try simple neck stretches and deep breathing exercises to relax your nerves and muscles.
