Pain in back where ? Upper back  mid back  lower back ? How does it started? Any history of injury or lifting weights or bending forward or excercises? Any history of diabetes or thyroid disease? Any radiation of pain to lower limb or upper limbs ? U needs detailed evaluation for your correct diagnosis for proper treatment.

Back pain is very vague symptom to determine what is causing it(not enough history provided my you). Most common cause would be mechanical back pain if you do not have any other symptoms like tingling/numbness or history of injury or heavy weight lifting. Will require further evaluation if your symptoms worsen. Most likely your condition is mild and it’s treatable
Next Steps
For now painkiller with muscle relaxant combination for few days ,Hot packs twice a day and avoid bending forward and lifting weights. You can try a physiotherapist it will help you to increase your back muscle strength.
Health Tips
require radiological investigations if no relief
