this pain could be postural back ache .
firstly do not sit or stand for Long and do not sit on floor strictly till pain subsides.
do complete rest and hot water fermentation with hot water bag.
don't bend forward.
no exercises without physiotherapist's consultancy.
after heating Apply any pain reliving ointment.
if pain persists for long consultant any physiotherapist.
